we will be able to determine your eligibility for all types

| Review the Student Guide, complete and
submit the following forms: References/Understanding My Financial
Obligation, Student Lending Disclosure, Tuition Addendum and
Entrance Interview. Review a brief list of financial aid programs
Keiser University offers its students. |

3:
COMPLETE AND
SUBMIT ENTRANCE COUNSELING/PROMISSORY NOTE |
| Entrance counseling is designed to help you
better understand your obligation as a borrower and provides
other useful information on the loan process. Before receiving a
student loan, borrowers must complete an entrance counseling
session. By completing this master promissory note (MPN), the
Financial Aid Office will be able to process the student loans
for which you are eligible. The same PIN used to complete your
online FAFSA is used to sign your MPN. |

| DIRECT PLUS LOANS:
|
| Direct PLUS Loans are unsubsidized loans for the
parents of dependent students and for graduate professional
students. PLUS loans help pay for education expenses up to the cost
of attendance minus all other financial assistance. Interest is
charged during all periods. |
