Student Aid (FAFSA) web site. By completing this application,
we will be able to determine your eligibility for all types
of financial assistance.

SUBMIT ENTRANCE COUNSELING/PROMISSORY NOTE |
| As a student, you have a choice of selecting
your lender. You can choose between the Direct Loan Program or
Sallie Mae Servicing. By completing this master promissory note,
we will be able to process the student loans for which you are
eligible. |

As a parent, you may wish to take advantage of this low interest
